A curiosity of the world and its mystical unfolding drew me to spend the good part of a decade travelling the world, exploring the practices of yoga, meditation and self enquiry.

Originally from a small coastal town on Australia’s mid north coast, I was instilled with a great love of the ocean, mother nature and the natural world.  Having spent a gap year abroad, travelling around South America, Asia and Europe I returned to Sydney to study Journalism at The University of Technology, Sydney. After a few years of living a busy and fast paced life, working full time in the media and publishing industry, I started to feel a little tangled up and disconnected to the world around me.   After some time juggling a full time job in media and teaching yoga on the side, I made a career shift to leave the corporate world and share my love of yoga and meditation full time. Keep Reading

 
 

My personal practice and therefore teachings combine the traditional teachings of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga and practices of Asana (for the physical body), Pranayama (for the breath) and Meditation (for the mind) as individual tools to promote increased awareness, health, vitality and empowerment for the practitioner.
