My personal practice and therefore teachings combine the traditional teachings of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga and practices of Asana (for the physical body), Pranayama (for the breath) and Meditation (for the mind) as individual tools to promote increased awareness, health, vitality and empowerment for the practitioner.

Everyone’s reasons for stepping onto the yoga mat are many and varied however for whatever reason you arrive, I like to encourage students to look at yoga as a holistic tool for personal transformation, growth and self enquiry – not just in the physical body, rather bringing harmony and connection between the whole body, mind and soul together.  In my classes you can expect to work strongly but softly, using breath awareness to move into the physical postures with ease and stillness of mind.

Studio Classes

Regular weekly classes at The Living Room, Coogee. It's a good idea to book online, or you can just drop in. *Please note my studio classes here have been paused for the moment while I’m taking a few months off for maternity leave.

Private Sessions

I teach a number of private yoga, meditation and pranayama sessions in Australia. Historically yoga was taught one on one and private sessions are a wonderful way to practice, for beginners to experienced practitioners alike – for anyone wishing to go deeper with their own practice. Private sessions are normally one hour in length and are tailored to meet the individual needs, objectives and schedule of  the practitioner. 

Whether you wish to practice dynamically, restoratively, whether you’re overcoming an injury, illness or addiction – the benefits of a tailored 1-1 yoga practice designed specifically for you are invaluable. Classes are tailored to the cycles and seasons of nature to assist in bringing energies in line with the cyclical rhythm of our surroundings. I”m currently offering 1:1 private sessions online. Corporate Sessions

Yoga, meditation and mindfulness practices in the workplace are a wonderful way to promote health,  happiness, productivity as well as encourage a work life balance for employees.   Corporate yoga sessions are tailored to meet the  needs and objectives of the group and are a great offering to any corporate space or conference.
